We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern (Design & Automation), to join us from September 2026. You will help shape our visual identity and brand presence, while exploring how AI and automation can make our marketing work smarter. We are a small, ambitious team, and that means the person we hire will genuinely matter. Your creativity, ideas, and personality will leave a mark on how we present ourselves to the world.

What we do

We combine three core pillars to enable responsible AI adoption in healthcare:

AI adoption consultancy and project management

We are an independent consultancy focused on helping healthcare organizations adopt AI in a responsible way. We support teams throughout the full journey, from strategy and procurement to implementation and evaluation. What makes us different is our commitment to an independent, unbiased, and evidence-based approach.

To give you a sense of what we work on: we lead the clinical workstream of a national AI infrastructure project for radiology in The Netherlands, and we play a key role in integrating AI into the Dutch breast cancer screening program. Internationally, we have guided the procurement of AI platforms at national scale and helped healthcare organisations across Europe go from first exploration to successful implementation. Among a lot of other projects, we also advise national (medical) associations and governmental bodies on policy and guidelines for the responsible use of AI in healthcare.

Education & AI competence building

We believe sustainable AI adoption is about people, not just technology. That is why we support European healthcare institutions in becoming AI literate through courses, workshops, tailored learning plans and competence profile building. By helping organisations develop the right knowledge and skills in-house, we ensure AI can be adopted responsibly and for the long term.

Ensuring market transparency through Health AI Register

To increase market transparency, we developed Health AI Register (www.healthairegister.com), the most comprehensive, up-to-date, and structured overview of CE marked AI applications for radiology available in Europe, soon expanding to other clinical domains. Our mission is to support hospitals, clinicians, and healthcare professionals in making confident, well-informed decisions about AI procurement and implementation.

What you will be doing

As our Digital Marketing Intern (Design & Automation) intern, you will play an active role in shaping our visual identity and how we present ourselves to the outside world, with a strong focus on design, branding, and using AI tools to work smarter. Your responsibilities will span several key areas, with hands-on involvement in the activities listed below.

  • Design and produce visual content (social media graphics, presentations, newsletters, website assets) that strengthens our brand identity.
  • Develop and maintain our brand guidelines and style guides to ensure a consistent look and feel across all channels.
  • Establish and manage our LinkedIn channels, creating engaging visual and written content.
  • Optimize our website for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and traffic.
  • Explore and implement AI tools and automation workflows to streamline our marketing and content production processes.

What do you bring

  • Affinity with design, branding and visual communication, backed by hands-on experience with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
  • Interest and experience in using AI tools and automation (e.g. for content creation, workflow automation, or design) in your way of working.
  • Experience with LinkedIn content creation and engagement is a plus.
  • Experience with SEO, GEO, and data-driven digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and independent work ethic.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, as our activities are global.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team.
  • An interest in improving transparency and innovation in the Healthcare AI market.
