Workshop:
Building or selecting the right AI solution

Available upon request

A practical, interactive workshop that equips teams to make informed choices when building or procuring AI solutions. Participants work on real-world cases, defining needs, assessing feasibility, and comparing products or development options to find the best fit for their organization.

About the workshop

Whether your organisation is considering developing its own AI tool, co-creating with a partner, or buying an existing commercial solution, the decision process can be complex. From defining the problem clearly to understanding regulatory requirements,  from evaluating vendor credibility and product performance to defining the business case — factors that all weigh in to ensure your AI implementation will be a successful one that really contributes to your practice and the users no longer want to do without.
‍
In this workshop, participants form in smaller groups and step into the role of project team to advise management on which AI solution and vendor to move forward with in what way.  Through realistic case studies, they will work in a pressure cooker setting through the steps listed below. The workshop ends with an actual management meeting where the project group pitches their plan to get buy-in from the decisionmakers to move forward (or not).

The workshop can be tailored to any discipline (radiology, pathology, cardiology, administrative processes, etc.) and to your organisation's context or ongoing projects. This training can also be delivered as a lecture only (duration of about 1 hour).
