Workshop:
AI risk management and local validation

Available upon request

A hands-on, multi-stakeholder workshop to identify, analyse, and prioritise risks of implementing an AI solution in your organisation and to define practical mitigation actions. Using a risk-based approach for local validation requirements, we help you determine the steps necessary for validating your AI solution in your local context.

About the workshop

AI adoption in healthcare can bring significant benefits, but also introduces a wide range of risks, from patient safety and legal compliance to workflow disruption, vendor dependency, and technology performance issues. This workshop brings together stakeholders from across your organisation to develop a clear, actionable risk mitigation plan. Participants will explore real-world examples, map potential risks, and discuss how risks can cascade between domains.

The outcome is a shared understanding of the challenges, a documented risk inventory, and a practical action plan to ensure AI adoption in your organisation is both safe and sustainable.
