About the session

AI is playing a rapidly growing role in everyday clinical practice, from documentation, reporting and letter writing to summarising visits, administrative support and patient communication. Research on AI literacy in healthcare by ZorgfocuZ and the Platform for AI Literacy in Healthcare, covering more than 4,800 healthcare employees, found that 58% now use AI in their work either occasionally or routinely. Yet 76% of healthcare employees have had no AI literacy training at all, and 37% do not feel sufficiently AI literate. Regulators are raising the bar too: the EU AI Act now makes AI literacy an explicit obligation, and comparable expectations are moving quickly through U.S. healthcare.

AI Ready is the foundational module of the AI Coach: a hands-on learning experience with no abstract theory, just direct practice with realistic clinical cases in a safe learning environment. You work on your own laptop, choose the role that best matches your day-to-day work, and start with the privacy, bias and hallucination modules, applying what you learn immediately to recognisable clinical cases, with targeted, real-time feedback from the AI Coach along the way.
