October 10, 2024

Are you ready to be a key part of an exciting startup that is reshaping the healthcare AI industry? We are a dynamic team committed to enabling a future-proof healthcare system where quality care is accessible to all. We are looking for a passionate product and marketing strategy intern to help us achieve our mission.

Product and marketing strategy intern

About us:

At Romion Health we enable the responsible adoption and seamless integration of commercially available artificial intelligence (AI)-driven applications in healthcare. We guide healthcare organisations through every step of their AI projects, from strategy to purchase. From implementation to evaluation in clinical practice.

At our startup, our mission is to promote market transparency, enable responsible adoption of AI-based medical software, and actively bridge the knowledge gap in the AI healthcare community. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to a transformative change in healthcare technology. Please visit www.romionhealth.com for more information.

How we do it:

We are committed to enhancing market transparency. That is why we created Health AI Register; www.healthairegister.com (formerly known as AIforRadiology.com), the most comprehensive overview of AI products for radiology. In recent years, the healthcare sector witnessed a surge in the establishment of new companies dedicated to delivering AI solutions. This rapid expansion presented a challenge for healthcare professionals, who found it increasingly difficult to get a comprehensive overview of what to buy and implement.

With our platform, we keep track for them by listing the AI tools that are regulatory cleared for clinical use, complete with detailed product specifications. Also, we have a newsletter to keep the industry up to speed with the latest developments. Through the platform, we increase transparency of the market and enable the responsible adoption of AI tools in healthcare. The platform will not be limited to radiology, and we will be extending it to other clinical domains in the near future.

Responsibilities:

As our product and marketing strategy intern, your role will encompass two key areas. Below are example activities for each.

1. Marketing and external communication:

  • Develop and execute our marketing and external communication strategy.
  • Establish and manage our LinkedIn channels while creating a comprehensive engagement strategy.
  • Develop guidelines and style guides for all our external communications.
  • Optimize our website for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and traffic.
  • Identify and implement innovative approaches to enhance our market presence.

2. B2B Product portfolio development:

  • Collaborate on producing detailed video reviews of AI applications
  • Develop guidelines for sponsor logo visualisation, vacancy/events advertisements, and demo click-through experiences.
  • Collaborate with our team to expand and refine our product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Affinity with marketing, communication, and/or product development.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and independent work ethic.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, as our activities are global.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team.
  • An interest in improving transparency and innovation in the Healthcare AI market.

Perks:

  • Join a dynamic startup with an inclusive and forward-thinking team.
  • Flexible work schedule with Thursdays spent at our Utrecht Inc. office. (More frequently is possible, but optional)
  • Room for growth and the chance to make a real impact.

Interested? Send us an email before the 24th of October with your CV and motivation letter using the button below and we'll get in touch!

What our previous interns have to say!

Analise Fenech - Marketing Intern @ Romion Health

"Working with Kicky and Stephan has been a fantastic experience. They’re both incredibly supportive, making it easy to collaborate and learn. I really appreciated the level of autonomy and trust they gave me, allowing me to explore my own ideas and take ownership of projects. It was such a great environment to grow and develop new skills."
